Health Coach Certification

Life-Stage Specialty

  • CHOOSE YOUR SPECIALTY

    Start your Health Coach Training with a 6-week life-stage specialty of your choice (Families, Pregnancy or Adults & Seniors).  Which specialty you choose depends on who you want to work with. This training includes content on lifestyle, exercise, attitude, and nutrition that is applicable to the life-stage specialty you choose.

  • 6-, 9- OR 12-WEEK PROGRAM OPTIONS

    Choose additional life-stage specialties to expand who you can work with. Each additional life-stage specialty is 3-weeks long. If you choose two life-stage specialties, your training will be 9-weeks long and if you choose all three life-stage specialties, your training will be 12-weeks long.

  • CERTIFIED IN 6 WEEKS

    Start coaching clients after you complete your 6-week training and earn your Health Coach Certification, even if you have chosen to complete multiple life-stage courses.

Master Health Coach Certification

  • INCLUDES YOUR HEALTH COACH CERTIFICATION

    The Master Health Coach Certification includes one, two or all three life-stage specialty courses (Families, Pregnancy, or Adults & Seniors) plus the Master Training course. Enroll straightaway in the Master Health Coach Certification with your choice of life-stage courses or add on the Master Training course after completing your Health Coach Certification.

  • MASTER TRAINING COURSE

    With a focus on behavior change, you will learn advanced coaching skills and techniques to help clients make sustainable changes that will improve their health and lives. When you complete this 24-week master training, in addition to your initial 6-, 9- or 12-week life-stage course(s) you will be a Master Certified Health Coach.

  • PATHWAY TO NATIONAL BOARD CERTIFICATION

    As a Master Certified Health Coach, you qualify to apply for the National Board Exam to become a National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC).
