Help Adults and Seniors Make Their Prime-Time the BEST Time

As a Health Coach Certified by Dr. Sears Wellness Institute, you will have the tools and resources to help adults and seniors achieve health, happiness, and vitality. Prime-Time Health™ is based on years of scientific research and medical expertise. This course provides you with the knowledge to educate and motivate others to reduce the risk of heart disease, blood pressure, and blood sugar, prevent cancer, improve memory, lose weight, stay fit, reverse bone loss, rejuvenate skin, subdue stress, improve their sex life, and reduce the need for medication.

ADULTS & SENIORS COURSE CONTENT

The Adults & Seniors course includes the Health Coach core content plus the Adults & Seniors specific content. Your initial course is six weeks and each additional Life-stage will add three weeks of Life-stage specific content, not requiring you to retake the core content portion.

Make Health Your Hobby

Provide clients with key information, tools, skills, and knowledge to make an investment in their health and well-being. Clients will learn how to:

  • Build an IRAH (Individual Retirement Account for Health)
  • Slow down the aging process
  • Understand autoimmune diseases
  • Start label reading and identify ingredients to avoid
  • Put healthy meal patterns into practice

Move-Waste-from-Your-Waist

Move Waste from Your Waist

Provide clients with information and resources about the critical role exercise and movement plays in their future health. Clients will learn:

  • Ways to ease pain and increase vitality
  • How to create a movement plan that works

Live Without Pain and Inflammation
