As a Health Coach Certified by Dr. Sears Wellness Institute, you will have the tools and resources to help adults and seniors achieve health, happiness, and vitality. Prime-Time Health™ is based on years of scientific research and medical expertise. This course provides you with the knowledge to educate and motivate others to reduce the risk of heart disease, blood pressure, and blood sugar, prevent cancer, improve memory, lose weight, stay fit, reverse bone loss, rejuvenate skin, subdue stress, improve their sex life, and reduce the need for medication.
The Adults & Seniors course includes the Health Coach core content plus the Adults & Seniors specific content. Your initial course is six weeks and each additional Life-stage will add three weeks of Life-stage specific content, not requiring you to retake the core content portion.
