Health Coach for Mom and Baby

Optimal health for mother and baby begins before conception and continues well after delivery. As a Health Coach working with pregnant and nursing moms, you will be able to educate women on practical ways to positively impact their health and the health of their baby. Gain tools and resources to empower and educate women with simple solutions that help create a healthy pregnancy, enhance baby’s growth and development, minimize the risk of health issues, and create a strong and lasting bond with baby.

Pregnancy Course Content

Positively impact each stage of pregnancy, from before conception to bringing baby home. The Pregnancy course includes the Health Coach core content plus the Pregnancy-specific content. Your initial course is six weeks and each additional Life-stage course will add three weeks of Life-stage specific content, not requiring you to retake the core content portion.

As a Certified Health Coach, you will be able to help and empower women to live healthier lives before, during, and after pregnancy. This training includes helping women prepare their body for pregnancy, having a healthy pregnancy and delivery, as well as maximizing the health of mom and baby once baby is home. Work with women in a group setting or individual coaching sessions.
